• Payments can be made through various available payment methods provided by amazingflores.com.
• Prices for tour packages, vehicle rentals, and other services may change at any time without prior notice. However, prices that have already been paid and confirmed will remain valid for the respective booking.

2. Changes and Cancellations

• Any changes to travel dates or booked services must be notified in writing to amazingflores.com as early as possible.
• Cancellations are subject to cancellation fees in accordance with amazingflores.com’s policy.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the terms stated in our cancellation policy.

3. Departures and Delays

• Clients are required to arrive on time at the agreed pickup or departure point.
• amazingflores.com is not responsible for delays or no-shows by clients that result in missing part or all of the services included in the tour package or vehicle rental.

4. Schedule Changes

• amazingflores.com reserves the right to adjust travel schedules, tour routes, or other services when necessary due to technical issues, weather conditions, safety concerns, or other emergencies.
• Any changes will be made in the best interest of ensuring safety, comfort, and the best experience for our clients.

5. Responsibilities

• amazingflores.com is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour or while using any of our services.
• Clients are responsible for complying with local laws, regulations, and respecting cultural norms throughout the trip.
• Clients are expected to ensure they are physically fit and capable of participating in the tour activities.

6. Travel Insurance

• amazingflores.com strongly recommends that all clients have personal travel insurance covering health, accidents, and loss/damage of personal belongings during their trip to Flores Island.
• Travel insurance is not included in our tour packages unless otherwise stated.

7. Additional Services

• For car rentals, motorbike rentals, and professional photo/videography and drone services, clients must follow the specific terms for each service.
• A security deposit may be required for rentals, which will be refunded if the vehicle or equipment is returned in good condition.
• Any damage or loss during the rental period is the responsibility of the client.
